I felt good today!! and I also went to 30 minute abs.

600 yd warm up
5 x 100 free on the 2:00 (held 1:30
250 odds fly kick on back, evens free
5 x 100 free on the 2:00 (held 1:30-1:32)
250 odds fly kick on back, evens free
5 x 100 free on the 2:00 (held 1:28-1:30)
400 yd cool down/ fly kick on back down and free back
