I went to 30 minute abs prior to swimming, and while I was swimming I tried to focus on holding my belly in and tucking my hips in order to flatten my back out. That's how they used to tell us to swim.. and now it is one of the things I have to do in 30 minute abs. I am not very good at it so I figured that I should practice it and focus on it while I swam.. in order to kill two birds with one stone!

Total: 2500 yards
800 yd warm up
4 sets of 4 x 75 first length of each 75 IM order
        set 1 on the 1:45
        set 2 on the 1:40
        set 3 on the 1:35
        set 4 on the 1:30
500 yd swim
