swam 3 times last week- about a mile each time...
I loved every minute of it... so why can't I make myself get on a schedule? I just have to quit complaining and do it!

I know that i have fallen off of the swimming wagon.. but I did make it to my 50 aerobics classes this summer! Now, I am the proud owner of a new free t-shirt Oh.. and no more swimming until after September 25- otherwise my back/shoulders will not fit into my bridesmaid's dress. It fit so well in the spring, and it is quite tight now.
Afterwards though.. I will be back at it... back and forth back and forth down the lane!!! :)

a sad day
My last Grand Valley swim cap died today. It split in half while I was trying to put it on to swim laps. I guess I can't cling to/live in the past anymore. Now, I am just a lap swimmer that can do flip turns...

I haven't been in the pool in awhile. Oops. I have been going to aerobics classes though! Once the summer is over and I get my free t-shirt, I think I will be back in the pool more. For June, I swam 9 days: I need to do much better this month (but I am not off to a very good start)!
Today I went to 30 Minute Abs.
