Today I started out by going to "30 Minute Abs." It was another aerobics class and showed me how weak and out of shape I am. Yay. Afterwards, I went swimming. The pool schedule was all messed up, and the swim team was practicing. Those 10 year olds were kicking my butt. It made me miss swim team.. even YMCA swim team. Go Gators! That was my old team- I think they are the Mariners now or something. Anyway, my swimming felt funny today. I felt very buoyant- oh and the aquacizers did not help the situation by making more waves in the pool.
