Well, I missed yoga today so I headed to the pool instead. That first flip turn was a killer (and most of the rest too) because my abs/lower ribs are killing me from the abs class yesterday. I can barely even do a sit up because of the tenderness! I did not feel like doing any sets today so I pretty much just swam around. I think of it as a prelude to an open water swim...
