The old arms were a little sore today.. but I think I am making progress! I kind of did a kicking set today too. On my last day of college practice I told Dewey (my coach) that I would never kick another length again as long as I lived. :) I guess I lied. However, I do not think I will ever be doing any base 30 or base 25 kicking sets again- bad memories!!!

Total: 2750 yards
500yd warm-up
5 sets of 4 x 75 free, descending interval for each 75 starting on 1:50 (held ~1:10)
100 yd stretch
10 x 50 dolphin kick/free on the 1:15 (held 0.55-0.58)
150 yd cool down
