week 2!!

My skin is starting to smell like chlorine... YES!

Total: 2500 yards
500 yd warm up
5 x 200 on the 4:00 mostly free with some back and br pull
5 x 100 free on the 2:00 (held 1:30-1:35)
8 x 50 on the 1:00 IM order pull first 25 then free second 25
100 yard cool down
